Dank dem Können unseres Beraters, dem Vermessungstechniker Giacomo Filippi, haben wir nun zwei Dreibett Zimmer und vier Doppelzimmer, die auch als Einzelzimmer genutzt werden können. Alle Zimmer haben Bad, eines auch eine Küche. Alle Zimmer haben eigene Eingänge, separate Heizung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bibliothek und einen Safe.
Den Gästen steht ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher und der Pool, ebenso wie W-LAN zur Verfügung.
